Every cleaner is interviewed in person and background-checked through the RCMP. Many carry their own liability insurance. We hire steady cleaners who can build a route, not gig workers.

Transparent pricing per cleaning type, plus per-bedroom and per-bathroom additions. Tax included in the headline total, BC GST + PST = 12%, all in. You see the final number before you commit. No fuel surcharges, no urban surcharges.
Yes. Eco products by default (Method, Seventh Generation, vinegar-based). If you have allergies or strong preferences, leave a note when booking, or save it on your home as 'special instructions' and the cleaner will accommodate on every visit.
We re-clean within 24 hours, no questions, no charge. Reply to your receipt email or message us via the dashboard and we'll dispatch the same cleaner.
Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your arrival window, no fee. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are charged 50% so we can compensate the cleaner who was holding your slot.
Not unless you want to. Most customers leave a buzzer code, lockbox, or smart-lock code in their home's saved 'access' info. The cleaner messages on arrival and on completion.
After your first clean, opt in to a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and we lock in the same cleaner, the same time slot, with an automatic 20% discount on every visit after the first.
We pay our cleaners a real wage and don't accept tips. If your cleaner did exceptional work, leave a 5-star review, it directly affects their bonus and which routes they get first pick on.
Every customer gets a unique referral link in their dashboard. When a friend books their first clean using your link, you both get $25.00 in credit on your next booking.
If the cleaner arrives and the place is meaningfully outside the SKU you booked, heavy mold, hoarding, post-construction dust, biohazard, infestation, they'll message you with a photo and three options: accept a re-quote at a fair hourly rate (agreed in writing in the app), downgrade the scope (e.g. two rooms instead of the whole unit at the same price), or cancel with a 50% charge. We never silently leave or surprise-bill. Full policy in our Terms.
Add-ons are a separate line, billed at a fair hourly rate agreed in writing via the app before the cleaner starts the extra work. The starting at SKU covers the scope you booked, anything beyond that gets quoted and approved by you in-app, so the final number is never a surprise.
If we change our starting at prices, you get 14 days' notice in-app and by email. Active recurring subscribers are price-locked for the rest of their current billing cycle. Single bookings already on the schedule honour the price quoted at booking time.
