We review each cleaner’s identity, work eligibility, safety training and background-check records before they can take jobs.

Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, and Coquitlam. Postal codes outside this catchment cannot be booked yet.

Your service and home size determine the price. The booking form shows the breakdown and 12% tax before payment.

We bring cleaning supplies. Add allergies or product restrictions to your booking notes.

Report missed cleaning from your completed visit within 24 hours. We review your request and arrange a free re-clean if eligible.

You can reschedule in your account more than 24 hours before your visit. For a paid cleaning booking canceled at least 24 hours before its start, the full amount becomes account credit. Later cancellations retain 50%; the rest becomes credit. Credit applies to a future eligible booking and is not refunded to your payment card.

No, as long as your cleaner can get in. Save your buzzer code, lockbox or smart-lock instructions in your home details.

After your first clean, request weekly, biweekly or monthly visits and save up to 20% on later cleans. We prioritize your previous cleaner and time when available; neither is guaranteed.

We pay our cleaners wages and do not accept tips. You can leave a review after your visit.

Every customer gets a unique referral link in their dashboard. When a friend books their first clean using your link, you both get $25.00 in credit on your next booking.

Work outside the booked cleaning scope requires written agreement before it starts. A cleaner can stop where conditions are unsafe or outside the supported service. Any cancellation charge follows the 50% late-cancellation policy in the Terms.
