Yes. Cleaning products are included by default. Record allergies or product preferences in the booking notes or your home’s special instructions.
Submit a re-clean request from the completed visit within 24 hours. The account shows whether the request is eligible and any scheduled no-charge re-clean.
Pricing starts with the cleaning type, then adds the bedroom and bathroom amounts. The booking flow shows the subtotal, 12% tax, and final total before payment.
After your first clean, opt in to a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) for an automatic 20% discount on every visit after the first. We offer each visit to your previous cleaner first, but cleaner and time-slot availability can vary.
We pay our cleaners a real wage and don't accept tips. If your cleaner did exceptional work, leave a review so they and the HomeKeep team receive your feedback.
