What to Expect When You Book a Cleaning with HomeKeep

HomeKeep's booking flow collects the details needed to price and schedule a residential cleaning.

Choose the service

Start by selecting the cleaning type and any available add-ons. The service details explain what is included.

Enter the home details

Provide the address and the home information requested in the booking flow. Accurate details help calculate the price and prepare the cleaner for the visit.

Select an available date

Dates that cannot be booked appear unavailable. Choose from the dates and times shown in the booking flow.

Review the total

Check the service, address, date, notes, and total before submitting payment. Go back and edit the booking if any of those details are wrong.

Manage the booking

After booking, use your HomeKeep account to review the schedule and booking status. Cleaning conversations appear after a cleaner is assigned. Account support is available from the Messages page.
