How to Prepare for a Home Cleaning

You do not need to clean first. A few things will help your cleaner get started.

• Access: Add current buzzer, lockbox or alarm instructions. Include parking restrictions and any concierge or elevator arrangements.
• Belongings: Clear loose items from floors and surfaces. Put away medication, documents, cash, jewellery and valuables.
• Priorities: Note any rooms that need attention or should not be entered. Requests must fit the service you booked.
• Pets: Tell us about them. Arrange a safe place if equipment, open doors or a new person might upset them.

Check your address, date and service in your account before the visit. Contact support if anything has changed.
