Standard, Deep, or Move-Out Cleaning: Which One Should You Book?
The right cleaning type depends on the condition of the home and what you need done. Here is the short version.
Standard cleaning
Choose a standard clean for routine upkeep. It covers the regular work needed to keep kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces clean.
Standard cleaning is usually the best fit when the home has been cleaned recently and does not need heavy buildup removed.
Deep cleaning
Choose a deep clean when the home needs more time and detail than a routine visit. This is a better fit for built-up grease, soap residue, dust, and areas that have not been cleaned for a while.
If you are booking HomeKeep for the first time and are unsure, describe the condition of the home in the booking notes. That gives the cleaning team useful context before the visit.
Move-out cleaning
Choose a move-out clean for an empty or nearly empty home at the end of a tenancy or before new occupants arrive. The cleaner can work through the space without furniture and day-to-day items in the way.
Move-out cleaning does not replace repairs, carpet restoration, junk removal, or work that requires a licensed trade.
Before you book
Review the service details and add-ons shown in the booking flow. You will see the price before submitting the booking. If the home needs something that is not listed, contact HomeKeep before the visit.
