Our Vetting Process

1. RCMP Background Check, Every cleaner clears an RCMP criminal background check before they take a job. We run it directly.

1. In-Person Interview, Every cleaner is interviewed in person before joining the network. We hire steady operators, not gig workers.

1. Liability Coverage, Many cleaners carry their own liability insurance. Coverage levels vary by operator, see our Terms for the full picture.

1. Reference Checks, We contact previous clients or employers for every cleaner who joins the network.

1. Ride-Along Assessment, Before their first solo HomeKeep job, every new cleaner completes a ride-along with our Provider Network Lead.

1. Ongoing Quality Monitoring, We review every job through homeowner feedback, completion photos, and random quality audits.

What Happens If Standards Slip?

Simple: we address it immediately. Every homeowner rates their service visit. Anything below 4 stars triggers a review, a follow-up visit at no cost, and a conversation with the cleaner. Repeated issues result in removal from our network.
