Cleaners complete these steps before HomeKeep activates their account for jobs.

• Identity and work eligibility: We review the required identity and work-authorization records.
• Background check: The check must be verified; submitting details alone does not complete it.
• Training and paperwork: Cleaners read our manual, complete safety orientation, sign employment documents and set up scheduling and payroll.

We review the completed steps before activation. Once active, cleaners use HomeKeep for availability, job details, visit updates and completion records.
